How the system works.
BumpMy.Site uses a deliberately simple submission and moderation workflow. There are no public accounts and no public publishing API.
Publishing Procedure

Enter project information.
Provide the project name, official URL, category, description and any relevant external references. |

Generate a preview.
The browser builds a preview of the public record before anything is submitted. |

Submit for review.
The record enters the private moderation queue. Nothing becomes public automatically. |

Manual verification.
The submitted information is checked before publication. |
| 5 |
Permanent profile creation.
Approved records receive a public address in the format

Directory and sitemap inclusion.
The approved page is added to the public directory and sitemap automatically. |
Record Rules
| Accounts | No account is required to submit a project. |
| Publishing | All publication decisions are manual. |
| Duplicate projects | One canonical public record is maintained per domain. |
| External references | Projects may include an official website, independent coverage and one additional resource. |
| Permanent URL | Approved pages use the project domain as the public profile path. |
